Terms, Conditions & Responsibilities

Failure to make full payment on your reservation or failure to check in at least 30 minutes prior to departure, or non-participation of a reserved activity are conditions which are considered a cancellation by you, the client and there are absolutely no refunds. Cancellations made by a client at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date of your reservation will receive a full refund, less a non-refundable processing fee of 20% of the total price of the reservation. All cancellations that fall inside the 30-day cancellation window, prior to the reserved activity, are non-refundable.

Saltwater Safari Company highly recommends that you purchase travel insurance.
